Those who didn't learn with us before will have opportunity to learn some zhan zhuang, shi li, fa li and tui shou excercises from the first modules of our training programme.

Those already learning with us will focus on developing basic attributes typical for Yiquan, using various training methods, with main stress on tui shou practice.

Planned schedule:

• Friday, January 26 - 18:10-20:10
• Saturday, January 27 - 10:00-14:00 - going for a lunch together after the classes
• Sunday, January 28 – 10:00-14:00

Venue: Our small gym at No. 1 Wawolnicka street.

Training fee:

• 60 Euro
